Migmom Homemade Burger (برگر خانگی میگمام)

A juicy homemade burger patty made with ground meat, grated vegetables, and a hint of mustard.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g ground meat
  • 1 onion medium
  • 3 mushrooms small, sautéed
  • 1 tsp mustard sauce
  • 2 tbsp aromatic herbs/vegetables sautéed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Grate the onion and garlic; sauté with the chopped mushrooms and herbs until softened. Let cool.
  2. Combine the ground meat with the sautéed mixture, mustard, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently just until combined (avoid overworking the meat).
  4. Shape into patties and chill 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Sear in a hot pan or grill until cooked through, then assemble into burgers.
