Migmom Festive Apple Cake (کیک سیب مجلسی میگمام)
A festive sponge cake topped with grated apple, sliced almonds, and a cinnamon-sugar finish.

Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and line a cake pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Sift flour and baking powder together; fold into the batter alternately with the milk.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Mix grated apple with a little extra sugar and cinnamon; scatter over the batter along with sliced almonds.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
