Migmom Steak Method (روش تهیه استیک میگمام)

Migmom’s go-to method for cooking a great steak at home, from marinade to sear.

Ingredients
  

  • flat iron steak or other cuts, room temperature
  • garlic grated
  • olive oil
  • rosemary thin sprigs
  • butter for searing
  • salt
  • pepper

Method
 

  1. Let the steak come fully to room temperature before cooking.
  2. Marinate with grated garlic, olive oil, and rosemary for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper just before cooking.
  4. Sear in a very hot pan with butter, basting and flipping until the desired doneness.
  5. Rest the steak a few minutes before slicing and serving.
